What is the status of my order? It just says pending.
If you have been waiting for your order over 7 weeks, please call us for a status update (603 746 1166). Otherwise, your order is most likely still going through our standard customization process.
Is there a minimum purchase quantity for all orders?
Yes, there is a minimum quantity of 72 required for all purchases. If you have a special circumstance, please call us to discuss options (603 746 1166).
How long will it be until I receive my order?
Our current turn-around time is 8+ weeks after receiving your order. Should the order be required for an event, give us a call (603 746 1166).
Do you offer any guarantee that my items will arrive safe and undamaged?
All items are guaranteed for safe delivery anywhere in the world. We are experienced at shipping all over the world and use packing techniques to ensure safe delivery. However, if goods are damaged during shipment, please proceed as follows: PRIORITY MAIL: Notify the factory within 7 working days on unit letterhead with an itemized list of damaged goods. Please keep all items until you are contacted by our staff. UPS: If the package appears damaged, you should have it inspected by the UPS delivery person immediately. Do not accept a damaged package without a note saying that this was the case. Request that it be put in the UPS record before you sign for the package. We will immediately replace your goods and file a claim on your behalf.
I live in the area, can I pick-up my order at your location?
Sure! Please contact us at our Contoocock, NH office to set up a pick-up time.
Does this mug come in a different color?
Many of our products come in a variety of colors. When viewing a product's page, you should notice some color swatches for the different options available. If you are looking for a color that is not listed, unfortunately we do not carry that color in our inventory at this time. Feel free to send us a brief message with your request and we will consider adding it to our offerings (info@westfordchina.com).
